Designed specifically for speech pathologists, counsellors, occupational therapists, and educational tutors, Blink Session offers the tools to effectively communicate with clients, automate day-to-day tasks, collaborate using interactive content, and track progress. In order to aid with administrative duties, Blink Session facilitates the scheduling of appointments and provides automation of reminders, recurring appointments, invitations, and timezone conversions. Clients can log in to the self service portal to view their upcoming appointments, converted to their timezone, along with any notes, content, invoices, pending payments, and reminders. Businesses can generate invoices using Blink Session, with data on appointment time and attendance automatically pulled from the system, and clients can view and pay their invoices online within the self-service portal. Blink Session offers a range of interactive learning tools which can be utilized during video sessions to aid with communication including an interactive whiteboard, screen sharing, YouTube video embedding, a document camera, and more. The in-session document archive allows tutors and therapists to choose from an in-built database of personally imported or existing Blink Session resources including flash cards, PDFs, games, powerpoints, documents, and more, without having to leave the call window. Notes can also be added to resources to save scores or comments for future sessions or other tutors.
