Berke Assessment is a pre-employment assessment solution which provides customized assessments for evaluating the personality traits, talents, and skills of each candidate to determine their fit for a job. The software is suitable for businesses of all sizes, across a range of industries. Berke generates custom assessments for each job profile, based on user-provided information on the most frequent activities, key tasks, and challenging aspects of each role, and analysis of high-performing existing employees in the same role. Core talents and behaviors are identified and prioritized, and an ideal range is generated to give an at-a-glance profile for the ideal candidate for the particular role. With online assessments, candidates can complete assessments from anywhere, generally in less than 1 hour. Results are immediately made available to users in job fit reports, with scores for each trait compared with the ideal range. Color-coding allows users to see each candidate’s performance at-a-glance, and multiple candidates can be compared side-to-side. Berke also provides users with insight into the potential impact of any mismatches on productivity and job performance.
