About Beeshake

Beeshake is a real-time innovation management platform which allows workforces to share ideas, content, and knowledge. Within the platform, users can pitch ideas to the whole organization or to a specific community and collaborators can follow, rank, ask questions, and qualify proposed projects. Employees can earn points in Beeshake through activities such as knowledge and idea sharing, which can then be spent voting for collaborative innovation projects pitched in the community. With Beeshake reporting, the designated Innovation Committee can see all shared ideas, as well as employee responses to projects, and view the best ideas based on the average rating by committee members.
