AssociationVoting is a web-based election management tool for use with grants, awards, scholarships, boards, and committee elections. The platform is designed to help maximize voter turnout with features including hybrid elections, proxy voting services, and mobile-responsive online voting. AssociationVoting enables the personalization of ballots based on region or sub-group membership, with no additional per-ballot fees. Using the secure online voting manager, election administrators can upload and manage their member database, add candidate biographies and photos, manage scoring weights, and edit, preview, and test ballots. In addition to default positions or propositions, users can also restrict a ballot item to a specific group or groups to allow only members in selected groups to vote on specific ballot items. AssociationVoting provides a hybrid election service designed to streamline the transition to online elections while providing accurate results, including paper ballot counts via fax or mail. Support for multiple proxy voting formats, including limited, directed, and general proxies, and quorum counts, is also offered. AssociationVoting provides real-time vote tallies online along with a detailed audit of the election in a record summary PDF so that users can track the progress of elections. AssociationVoting certifies that all election results are accurate and representative of membership votes.
