AskCody is a meeting room booking platform which provides organizations with tools for meeting and visitor management, plus office wayfinding. The platform also supports meeting room displays and activity views, as well as workplace insights and analytics. AskCody integrates with Office 365, Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Bookings, enabling users to work within their existing systems. AskCody enables users to manage meetings and find rooms directly within their Microsoft calendar system. Users can search for meeting rooms, hot desks or guest offices across various locations and time zones. AskCody also allows users to book other services, as well as catering and equipment from within Outlook. Users can search for rooms by different sets of criteria, including capacity, special features (whiteboard or projector) or meeting purpose (video conference). AskCody’s meeting room displays give users a complete overview of daily activities and scheduled events. Users can quickly see if a room is available or busy, and then make or confirm their reservation from the same place. AskCody is available in multiple languages including English, German, French, Spanish, and more.
