Armatic AR – automating Accounts Receivable
Armatic offers an AR module that brings together processes, best practices, and payment interfaces under one roof. Armatic AR automates much of the usually tedious process of Accounts Receivable through integrating with external ERP solutions. It also provides customer portals so customers can access self-help options, such as viewing invoices and changing subscription plans. Armatic users can leverage automated invoicing, fully synchronized ERP integration, and also provide several customer support functions by giving them their own portal.
Armatic AP – streamlining Accounts Payable
What Armatic AR does for Accounts Receivable, Armatic AP does for Accounts Payable. Armatic AP is a bundled module for bill pay options, Accounts Payable workflows, and approval rules intended to automate and improve as much of the process as possible. Automation is hardly possible without ERP integration, so like Armatic AR, Armatic AP also integrates and fully synchronizes with leading ERP providers. It also offers a vendor portal, with invoice viewing and bill payment options. Finally, to genuinely automate as much of the process as possible, Armatic AP also incorporates Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to generate invoices from emails without manual input.
Armatic Billing – all-in-one billing and invoicing
The Armatic Billing Software incorporates billing, invoicing, and subscription management and recurring billing solutions in one package. Like Armatic AR and AP, Armatic Billing integrates and synchronizes with third-party ERP systems so one-off, recurring, or subscription invoices can be pushed from one platform to another seamlessly. The invoice creation solution also provides coupon managers and payment plan options. Invoices can be created automatically with quotes or proposals, which also accepts eSign and can connect via API.
Armatic Sales (QTC) – end-to-end quote-to-cash engine
Armatic Sales provides templates and customization options for proposals, SOWs, quotes, and contracts with customer data from integrated third-party CRM and ERP systems. This template editor is also integrated and synced with the invoice and billing process. Armatic Sales also manages and automates quotes approval from sending to eSign to collection. Managers can view real-time status updates and reports, and the system automatically pulls pricing details and pushes necessary data like subscriptions and invoices into integrated ERP systems. This quote-to-cash engine also integrates with nearly every payment processor in the market.
Armatic Success – integrated NPS surveys and feedback components
Stepping outside the revenue lifecycle management zone, the Armatic Customer Success Module is all about collecting feedback, from integrating NPS surveys to providing clients with a 360-degree view of their customers with customer health scores as well as feedback components. Armatic Success also offers quarterly business review templates incorporating data from CRM and ERP systems.
Armatic HR – integrated eNPS surveys for employee advocacy and record keeping
Finally, the Armatic HR module does for internal customers what the Armatic Success module does for external ones: eNPS survey integration with feedback components focused on employee advocacy and with streamlined management of record keeping. The eSign and document management capabilities of Armatic can also be leveraged for internal documents and document signing processes. Armatic HR also offers an employee task manager for task tracking and transparency of activities.
