Appraisd by Couraud Consulting Ltd. is a cloud-based human resources (HR) software specializing in performance review and goal management. The system allows users to set up performance reviews for employees. They can schedule dates for review, choose the type of form they want to use and invite colleagues to give feedback. Appraisers can also see appraisees' job objectives while they give feedback. Appraisees perform self-assessments. They can complete these assessments before their appraisal, so they can be taking notes and working on self-assessment drafts throughout the year. Once appraisees and appraisers have sent in their feedback, managers review feedback and the status of appraisees’ objectives. HR departments have control panels where they can see different teams and hierarchies. They can also send email reminds out to keep employees on track. Appraisd is priced per user per month. Annual subscription is also available. Support options include via phone, email and knowledge base.
