Wellable is an employee wellness management platform which provides businesses with the tools to design and launch wellness programs, track employee activity, setup wellness challenges, deliver health content, and provide a range of wellness services to their team. The cloud-based solution is designed to enhance company culture and encourage employee engagement and collaboration with tools such as gamification, rewards, performance reporting, two-way communication, and more. With Wellable, companies can setup wellness challenges in order to motivate employees to participate in exercise and other health activities, and leaderboards and gamification help to motivate participants. Employees can connect their apps and devices to the Wellable platform in order to log activities, including Garmin devices, Apple watches, and third party apps such as Apple Health, Google Fit, Map My Run, Moves, Strava, and more. The Wellable platform also provides employees with wellness content through SMS notifications and newsletters, and employers are able to use the platform to provide wellness services such as seminars, webinars, fitness classes, health coaching, health screenings, consulting, smoking cessation, and more.
