Volunteer Impact is a volunteer management software that helps both large national and regional organizations to recruit, track, and schedule volunteers across a variety of sectors within five countries. Industries include social service, health, environmental, animal welfare, sporting events, and festivals. Volunteer Impact users can collect information on volunteers and use a chart to track each volunteer's availability. To better match volunteers to a role, users can check boxes that mark their interests. Volunteers applying online land directly into the organization’s Volunteer Impact account for reviewing and processing. Users can configure their settings to be notified by email whenever there is a new applicant, as well as send the applicants a personalized automated email upon form completion. Application questions are unlimited and can be customized.
