About Vizito

Vizito is a cloud-based visitor management application suitable for small, midsize and large enterprises across all industries. Core features include visitor registration, automatic notifications, digital signature collection and photo capture. Vizito consists of an iPad application and a back-office website. Visitors can sign in and provide information using a mounted iPad, and collected data can be accessed and analyzed through the back office site. Users can customize the layout of the iPad application using the back office website. Customization includes background images for the sign-in screen, selecting which fields guests should fill out and adding video playback. Vizito also offers visitor pre-registration, visitor logs, badge printing and SSL encryption.

Belgian eID Scanning

Companies who are accepting Belgian guests can make the sign in and sign out process seamless for them. This is made possible by Vizito as it can automatically scan Belgian electronic IDs and capture information from them. As such, manual entry of details on the tablet is no longer required.

Corporate Video Playback

Vizito also supports the playback of corporate promotional and educational videos. Organizations can utilize this feature when the visitor management system is on standby or before letting guests receive their one-time passes.

Employee/Host Protection

To ensure that visitors know exactly whom they are going to see, Vizito only provides employee suggestions based on the first three letters inputted. This protects company personnel and the organization itself against possible criminal threats as the employee supposed to be visited is automatically notified of a potential guest’s arrival.
