About Visual Leased

Visual Lease is a web-based lease management system which is fully FASB and IASB compliant, which offers users the ability to configure contract clauses and data fields to suit various requirements, and can be used for real estate leases, equipment leases, and other contracts or agreements. The system can be used internationally, with automated currency conversions, custom clauses to meet international compliance requirements, recurring and nonrecurring rents and costs trackable in any currency, and reporting normalized to a single currency. Visual Lease includes an inbuilt accounting system which covers accounts payable, accounts receivable, percentage rent, CAM/OPEX (common area maintenance/operating expenses), and regulatory compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. Users can track rents and costs (both recurring and nonrecurring), allocate costs and expenses, process invoices, create financial reports, manually adjust billing, calculate percentage rent, track reconciliation activity, and more. Visual Lease offers a selection of standard reports, or users can create ad hoc custom reports which can then be reused, with the ability to define and save filters to be applied to standard or custom reports. Raw data can also be exported. Portfolio performance can be viewed in graph form by size, cost (per square foot or square meter), or upcoming expirations, and property type, region, organization, and more. User and competitor lease locations can also be visualized as color-coded icons on a map, which link to the associated lease records, with locations identifiable by both type and status. Visual Lease also includes a range of tools for managing projects, documents, contacts, dates and reminders, and can be integrated with space management, facilities management, ERP, and accounting systems.
