About StayNTouch Rover PMS

StayNTouch Rover PMS is a mobile property management system designed to help users streamline hotel operations with front desk, rates and group management functionality, plus reservations, housekeeping and financial management technology. StayNTouch’s front desk capabilities allow users to manage guest check in/out, upgrades, post charges, folios, key encoding, alerts, and more, from mobile and tablet devices. Rate and revenue management features enable users to manage remote instant rate and restriction updates, derived rates and single and bulk rate close-outs, as well as percentage and flat rate adjustments, from a central platform. StayNTouch additionally allows users to manage groups of guests with group check-in/out, rooming lists, release dates, and on-the-fly rates. Reservation management tools include an online booking engine, deposit schedules, and mobile dashboards, alongside travel agent accounting, guest profiles, and digital signature capture. StayNTouch is also EMV ready and PCI compliant, which enables guests to pay quickly and securely through Europay, MasterCard or Visa. Users can manage their financials with account management, simple accounts receivable, a daily journal, and mobile reporting features.
