RenoWare is an on-premise contract management solution for small construction, renovation and home improvement businesses. The solution allows users to consolidate cost estimates, create proposals, view job activities and generate custom reports. The solution allows users to create 3-dimensional designs and materials lists from multiple estimating systems such as Luxwood Deck and 2020. The materials list can be imported with comments and included in the accounting system. Custom templates are available for contracts, installer agreements, change orders, warranty certificates, satisfaction surveys and service tracking. In addition, the solution provides pre-formatted reports based on parameters such as staff productivity, sales, gross margin, close ratios and lead follow up. An integrated marketing module allows users to send postcards to potential leads with references to completed jobs and relevant promotions. The solution is available either on a subscription or one-time licensing basis and the support is provided via phone and email.
