MiHCM

A human resource information management system is built within MiHCM. This HRIS is designed to provide users with a quick and seamless way to store, track, access, and update information about their employees. All the employee details they need are organized into employee profiles, and they can access and update them on a single screen. The system also permits them to store pertinent employee documents in different document categories. When they are creating documents like letters, they can immediately pull employee information and details and add them to the documents they are generating.

MiHCM makes the process of recruiting, screening, and onboarding new employees easy through the aid of its talent acquisition system. Users will be able to find out if they need to hire new employees due to resignations, terminations, or retirements and submit talent request forms for approval. They can also set schedules for interviews and prepare digital evaluation sheets. The talent acquisition system enables users to shortlist candidates by applying filters. This capability makes it easy for them to identify which candidates meet the specific criteria they have set. To facilitate employee onboarding, the system allows them to quickly collect information about the newly hired employees and activate their profiles.

The HR software digitizes important aspects of human resource management which are employee learning, training, and development and employee performance. MiHCM enables employees and supervisors to create and submit training requests so users can capture and understand the training needs of their employees. After the training requests are submitted, users then can create and propose training programs, planning schedules for training and identifying the individuals who will participate in the training sessions. When the training programs are already being implemented, they can monitor the attendance of the participants accurately. To determine if the training programs are effective, the software makes it possible for users to evaluate the employees who attended the training sessions and determine if the learning and training programs have a positive impact on them. MiHCM provides users with the capability to systematically and comprehensively monitor, measure, evaluate, and manage the performance of their employees. Using configurable templates, they can set the specific goals employees should achieve, determine employees’ levels of competency, evaluate if employees are aligned with the culture and values of the company and spot underperforming employees. The software also supports the collection of feedback from supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates and even performs feedback analysis to make each feedback easier to understand.
