Integration with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise keeps field service and financial data in sync. With Intuit Field Service Management ES, users can schedule and assign work orders through the drag-and-drop interface. The dashboard gives users insight into each technician’s status, location, and assigned work orders. Users can also view the status and duration of each job, and the technician's travel time, arrival time, and hours clocked. Google Maps integration and GPS allow users to locate customer sites and track workers, enabling the minimization of travel time between jobs. Intuit Field Service Management ES stores all customer, contact, and equipment information centrally, giving technicians access to available equipment and service histories before starting a job.
