Clinicient’s InsightEMR is a web-based EMR and practice management solution for outpatient rehabilitation practices including PT, OT, SLT, pediatrics, and rehab agencies. Physical therapy clinics can use InsightEMR for billing services, scheduling, reporting, and clinical documentation. The solution was designed to encompass the needs of a small start-up practice, to large, national organizations throughout North America.InsightEMR provides front desk staff with the tools they need to successfully manage patient accounts, including patient information collection such as insurance changes and copays. The solution enables users to schedule patients for multiple therapy appointments, even within different locations, and locate available appointments at a glance. Users can also setup email / text reminders, visual cues, and cancellation alerts to keep track of schedules and tasks.
