HITS is a cloud-based auto shop and tire dealership management solution for small and midsize businesses. Three separate modules are available: HITS BPOS, HITS ServiceCAT, and HITS TireLink. BPOS is the core module, providing point-of-sale capabilities for wholesale, retail and commercial operations. ServiceCAT and TireLink can be purchased as add-on packages. HITS offers inventory management, appointment scheduling, accounting and labor management. It tracks labor times and parts across multiple vendors and allows users to order parts and transfer labor. The inventory management feature offers tools to handle pricing, ordering, purchasing and adding new items. HITS can manage multiple locations through a single interface and connects staff and customers in real time. It provides centralized bookkeeping and accounting. An appointment feature can update work orders on the basis of appointment date and time.
