FileTrac is a web-based claims management system designed for use by independent adjusters, managing general agents (MGAs), third-party administrators (TPAs), and insurance companies of all sizes, from small businesses up to large companies with multiple branches. FileTrac is designed to manage all aspects of claims from assignment through to archiving, covering data entry, uploads of reports, images, and videos, communication both internally and with clients, time and expense logging for adjusters, invoicing, and adjuster payouts, as well as custom reporting capabilities which enable users to carry out analysis on a per customer, loss type, or adjuster basis. FileTrac includes a built-in diary system with reminders, and users can also configure system reminders to notify them of any items requiring their attention when they log in. Custom templates for forms and letters are included, and pre-formatted documents including letters, forms, and labels can be auto-filled with claim data. Users can upload an unlimited number of photos, videos, and reports to each file, and add Quick Notes without having to open the file itself. Adjuster time and expense logging integrates with invoice creation, with the option to use default amounts or set specific charges for individual clients. The adjuster payout worksheet includes customizable percentages, and users can also track adjuster licenses, certificates, and more through the Adjuster Database module. All data is backed up daily and secured with SSL encryption.
