About eSkill

eSkill provides skills and behavioral tests as well as voice and video interviewing solutions that help organizations evaluate job applicants so they can have total confidence in their hiring decisions, avoid hiring “mistakes” and decrease attrition. Its clients include organizations in various industry sectors such as information technology, hospitality, retail, call centers, engineering, education and government. Users have access to an extensive test library from which they can choose single or multi-subject tests, use existing assessment questions from multiple tests, or use the eSkill Editor to create questions that meet their specific job or training requirements. They can also include simulation questions that test candidates on real-life situations they would encounter on the job. Recruiters and hiring managers can use the Team Scoring feature to schedule group interviews where each member grades candidates’ responses according to a customized set of criteria. An HR administrator sets up the process, assigns managers to evaluate all or some of the responses and then compiles and finalizes the candidate’s overall score for team review. eSkill integrates seamlessly with popular applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Oracle Taleo, iCIMS, Bullhorn, NEOGOV and SmartRecruiters.
