eLeaP is a cloud-based learning management system (LMS) with which users can create, manage, sell, and track online training courses. The platform can be customized with company logos, color schemes, and learner instructions, and supports self-paced and instructor-led training. eLeaP’s course authoring tools allow users to create custom training courses, with the ability to upload a range of content including videos, audio, existing SCORM-compliant training materials, PowerPoint presentations, and more. Assessments, quizzes, and checklists can be included to track progress, and multiple training paths can be created. The built-in eCommerce system enables the selling of online training courses, with users able to control pricing, discounts, and affiliate marketing. eLeaP also offers a pre-built library of courses for a range of training including OSHA compliance, customer service, personnel and conflict management, and more. eLeaP allows users to manage both self-paced and instructor-led training, with the ability to schedule classroom sessions and track attendance. Training invitations and reminders can be sent out to learners, and users are able to record results and collect learner feedback. Discussion forums enable communication between learners, instructors, and administrators. A range of reports, covering course completion status, quiz results, learner feedback, training paths, and more can be generated and exported in multiple formats. eLeaP’s API also allows users to connect the LMS directly with their HR information system (HRIS).
