Managers can assign tasks to specific team members, track action items, review completed tasks, and add important notes for future reference. Users can store providers’ details in a centralized database and perform verification processes in compliance with state bylaws or other industry regulations. Organizations can use EddyCore’s dashboard to view providers’ details, monitor average onboarding time, and communicate with team members via messaging. The software also integrates with EddyOne, helping users store and access providers’ credentials in real-time.
