eCoordinator is a volunteer management system designed to help with the recruitment and management of volunteers. Further to recruitment and management, eCoordinator also provides the tools to measure volunteer efforts as users can track and record volunteer hours as well as create reports on collected data. To assist in volunteer recruitment, eCoordinator allows individuals to search for volunteer opportunities. It also guides individuals through the registration process using pre-selected forms that are built into the user’s website. eCoordinator includes Intelli-Match technology which recommends appropriate or relevant volunteers for different opportunities. Users can also request and perform criminal background checks on volunteers as well as automatically check their references. Moreover, eCoordinator gives volunteers access to their own personal dashboard where they can edit their information, check schedules, report hours and take surveys.
