Users can ensure that US and Canadian leads are genuine, accurate, and up-to-date with validation results that provide individual quality scores for each data point, as well as a composite quality scores from 0 - 100. Users can instantly perform multi-point contact validation on leads within the United States and Canada, and get an output of over 65 fields in order to identify genuine contacts, and eliminate fraudulent leads that waste valuable time and resources. DOTS’ real-time lead validation API analyzes over 130 data points in order to correct and append the company’s contact records, returning a validation score of 0 - 100. By checking against a database of USPS and Canadian street addresses, the solution is able to return standardized postal information for over 165 million addresses. Companies can benefit from a reverse-lookup of wireless and landline phone numbers against a database of over 400 million records to test if phone numbers are still connected or have been disconnected. Users can also determine the validity of the contact’s name, and assign a possible gender. DOTS Lead Validation checks email addresses for general and domain-specific syntax errors, including SMTP-level tests which communicate with target servers to ensure their validity, determining the email addresses which are acceptable. The platform supports SOAP, REST, GET and POST requests over HTTP/S outputting in XML and JSON formats, with API web services that are compatible with all major programming languages.
