The tool can analyze images over time to detect skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, eczema, and other skin conditions, and offers features such as body part images, mole matching, zoom, 3D body maps, mole maps, and automatic lesion detection.The DermEngine system can also be used to capture and analyze images of skin, hair, and nails, track the evolution of moles and lesions, and compare images from different time periods side by side to track changes over time. The advanced visual image search allows users to source images from an online library using filters including image type, tags, date range, diagnosis, patient information, or body part. DermEngine integrates with MoleScope for advanced dermoscopy, which allows both dermatologists and patients to carry out short-term dermoscopy and lesion monitoring, and patients can upload images and access their results using the self service patient portal.
