Chronus offers cloud-based mentoring software that allows users to manage and track mentoring programs. Chronus offers mentor-mentee matching, mentee learning resources, reporting tools and apps for iOS and Android. Mentoring plans can include tasks, due dates, announcements and event schedules. Users can access a library of program templates and configure membership modes, matching rules and connection settings, as well as company logos, colors and other branding. Mentors and mentees can be matched based on professional criteria, availability, shared interests, language and more. Participants can create profiles, or administrators can import data from human resources and learning management software. Participants can be imported individually or in bulk. Chronus also includes various reports that help users monitor real-time data.
